4.4 Enquiries

The enquiry search function works similar to the availability search filter, with more capabilities. Users of your Hospiria account can create a log of enquiries. This function is especially useful for managing direct enquiries so you can log and keep track of them all in one place. 

Add an enquiry and fill in the fields to get your results. The status will automatically be set to ‘open’ once an enquiry is created. You can then update the status of the enquiry as it is reviewed. 

When you have completed all fields for the enquiry, you will be given a list of results and a percentage match. You can then shortlist and exclude these results. For any results that you shortlist, you can select ‘book’ which will take you directly to the create booking tab.
