4.5 Confirming, Amending & Cancelling

There is a difference between confirming, amending & cancelling your bookings depending on whether these were manual bookings (direct bookings manually entered on our Hospiria account) or platform bookings. 

Manual bookings are direct bookings that you have manually entered in your Hospiria account. You can amend or cancel manual bookings on your Hospiria account. 

Platform bookings are instant bookings and are sent to Hospiria as confirmed. The platform will send the guest their own confirmation. Hospiria then confirm the booking by confirming the payment has been received. You can then mark as paid, and from here send your own confirmation.  Platform bookings cannot be amended or cancelled through Hospiria; this must be done on the platform.
